Davis County
Davis County lives and dies by Hill Air Force Base. PCS orders move on the Air Force's calendar, not a listing agent's, and we close fast enough to match. Outside the military piece it is mostly 1970s-90s tract housing with owners upsizing north or downsizing to single-level.
